    The antab file can be found in the directory ending with ...APP.artifacts.
    Out of four .ANTAB files present in that directory ...BB_1... is the one you need to use for the GMVA, which uses SpW=0 at 86.268 GHz.

    The GLT has inserted the polarizer plates in wrong orientation. After fourfit the cross and parallel hands appear to have similar SNR. This indicates high elliptical polarization. Therefore the closure phases to GLT suffer from extreme cross-talk, and should not be used.
