The station is in local mode.
ILT Operations may want to take over control at any moment. In such a case, I'll make the announcement to the
observer.
Please send your schedules to Masaya Kuniyoshi <mkuniyos@mpifr-bonn.mpg.de>.

¶ The aims of the observations are to:
1. teach the use of the pelican pulsar observing software to Charlotte, Ewan
& Ralph, thereby increasing the number of available observers to maximise
the station output.
2. improve and test the observing scripts and make extensive notes/faqs/etc.
while observing
3. observe some known FERMI pulsars to investigate their low radio frequency
spectra, and if they are more practically observed in the radio at low
frequencies
4. test the sensitivity of the station in comparison to the pulsar
observations made with Chilbolton and Nancay, data from which we can make a
direct comparison with.
There will be a possible network downtime for the Effelsberg LOFAR link on Tuesday of next week (12.July) at some point between 05:00 and 07:00 (CEST). (Local mode observations should not be affected, but ILT observations would be.)
