This page is here to gather materials for the Maser Acceptance Review to be held the week of Aug 19th.

Bernhard suggests the following for the report.  I suggest we gather/attach/create the various things we have here.

In terms of preparations here a first draft of what would be the required Documentation Package, to be prepared within an "APP Maser-Acceptance Test Report" (required as ALMA document on EDM):
    a) Applicable documents (note: I suppose most or all of these already exist):
    a.1) Maser technical requirements
    a.2) ICD CLO-Correlator (ALMA Document)
    a.3) ICD Maser-SW (applicable?)
    a.4) Any other applicable ICD
a.5) Maser test plan (I suppose this would be the APP I&T Plan)
    a.6) Maser test procedure(s)
a.7) Maser configuration summary (incl. a list of Change Requests/Requests for Waivers, if applicable)

    b) Reference documents (note: I suppose most or all of these already exist):
    b.1) Maser operations manual
    b.2) Maser maintenance manual
    b.3) Maser arrangement/assembly/connection/etc. drawings
b.4) Any other relevant HW documentation for hand-over
b.5) Maser software documentation (if applicable)
    c) Maser compliance matrix, incl. pass/fail indication, test results and (if applicable) the link to the test report
    d) All test results incl. a workmanship/installation inspection report (Christophe and/or Jorge should be able to prepare the latter)
    e) Safety data package:
e.1) Safety procedures, if not described in the operations/maintenance manuals
e.2) Declaration of Conformance (e.g. vendor certification)
e.3) Hazard Analysis (here NRAO staff has experience with putting these together; here you might want to include the seismic design analysis report; also electrical safety would have to be covered)
    e.4) If/as applicable: safety inspections/test results
    f) Training requirements and -plan/actions
    g) Other relevant information
