Gino wished to add an official TVG
  - in fila10g, in dbbc, in mark5 -- the Mark5B/C software can then be used to verify the data
  - TVG can be running in two modes: VSI and Mark5B: for details see the Haystack system specs!
  TODO: confirm that the Mark5B/C software that checks the TVG data also works on external data...?
  TODO: impement one TVG in the fila10g code
  
UnModify the second FILA10G board: 
  - unmodify it, so the clock setup is the same as in the original version again
